2. Account and Login Information

If you create an account or sign in, we may use Firebase Authentication to manage login. Depending on the login method you choose, Firebase may process information such as your email address or Google account authentication information.

We do not store your password in our database.

3. Data Sync

If you use the app version with multi-device sync, your app data may be stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore so that you can access your information across devices.

Your synced data may include children profiles, points, check-ins, schedules, rewards, and app settings. We use access rules intended to keep each user’s data separate and accessible only to that user’s authenticated account.

4. Local Storage

The website or app may store data locally in your browser using localStorage or similar browser storage. This allows the app to remember your information on the same device.

If you clear your browser data, use a different browser, or use a different device without signing in, locally stored data may not be available.

5. Insider Tester Program

If you contact us to become an Insider Tester, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your request, manage tester access, and provide support.

Deleted data may be temporarily retained in a deleted state for sync purposes, such as preventing old devices from restoring deleted items. Such deleted records may be removed after a reasonable period.
